- Complex Custom Items (Custom Brick Sets / 3D Figurines): 7–10 business days.
- Ready-to-Ship Accessories & In-Stock Items: 1–2 business days.

- Priority Shipping (4–7 Business Days): US$ 19.99 flat rate.
- Express Shipping (2–5 Business Days): Tiered by package weight — 0–1 kg: US$ 35.99 | 1–2 kg: US$ 45.99 | 2–3 kg: US$ 55.99 | 3 kg and above: US$ 65.99.
Worldwide / International Shipping (243 Countries & Regions)
- Standard Shipping (9–15 Business Days): FREE on orders over US$ 48.99 (US$ 9.99 flat rate for orders US$ 0.00–US$ 48.99).
- Standard Shipping + Shipping Insurance (9–15 Business Days): US$ 2.99 on orders US$ 48.99 and above | US$ 12.99 for orders US$ 0.00–US$ 48.99 (Includes full replacement coverage against transit loss, theft, or damage).
- Priority Shipping (6–9 Business Days): US$ 15.99 for items 0–150 g.
- Express Shipping (2–5 Business Days): FREE on orders over US$ 149.99 (US$ 25.99 for orders US$ 17.99–US$ 149.99 | US$ 29.99 for orders US$ 0.00–US$ 17.99).

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear online.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Within 2 Hours of Purchase: You may request free address changes or a full cancellation by contacting customer care.
- After 2 Hours: Custom items immediately enter production. Cancellations after this window are subject to a 30% material fee (50% for complex custom building blocks or 3D figurines).
- Orders in Transit: Once shipped, packages cannot be cancelled or intercepted in transit.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country once the package arrives. Unless otherwise specified at checkout, customers are responsible for applicable local customs fees or taxes.
7. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly not supported. All orders must be prepaid online via credit card, PayPal, or supported digital wallets prior to handcrafting and dispatch.
